We train as a single group — every wrestler comes in with at least two years on the mat, so practices move fast and everyone gets quality reps. Coaches match athletes by size and skill to keep the room competitive and safe.
Wrestlers bring their own shoes and headgear. A Malvern singlet is included with every registration.
We're bringing back competitive dual-meet teams. Registered wrestlers can earn a spot and represent Malvern against other clubs — more matches, more reps, and real team competition.

Yes. Practices emphasize technique, control, and age-appropriate matchups. Even though we train as one group, athletes are paired by size and experience, and coaches supervise every drill.
