Malvern Wrestling

Techniques & Intense Training Club

  • Guest technicians
  • Certified Athletic Trainer on Campus
  • Great Competition & Individual Instruction
  • Malvern Wrestling is a High Intensity youth wrestling program dedicated to the development of talented wrestlers. The Club will expose participants to advanced strategies and exceptional competition offering accomplished wrestlers a variety of workout partners. Wrestlers will be trained in advanced skills of Stance, Motion, Level Change, Penetration, Lifting, Attacks, Counter Attacks, Arch & Turn and Tilts & Pins. Wrestlers are expected to train at a higher level and will be pushed to their physical limits.

Wrestlers will also have the opportunity to train with some of the areas top ranked Olympic coaches and technicians as Dale Bonsall, Troy Letters, Nate Watcher and Bobby Weaver have all coached in our room. Our goal is to expand the wrestler’s abilities by exposing them to different techniques and coaching styles. We look forward to continuing this successful strategy into the future.

Throughout the wrestling season Malvern will be competing in advanced level team dual and individual tournaments, the goal is to be a cohesive team with great bonds between the wrestlers, coaches and families. Every wrestler will receive a T-shirt as well as a new singlet. Each parent will also receive a T-shirt to show support of our team at tournaments & dual meets.

We encourage our wrestlers to also wrestle with their respective middle school or ICWL youth program.
